2022 Scholar and Alumni Awards Nomination

The Jack Kent Cooke Foundation is offering two monetary awards in 2022 for Cooke Scholars and Alumni:

Undergraduate Scholar Award in Honor of Dennis I. Belcher, open to active undergraduate scholars
Matthew J. Quinn Prize, open to active graduate scholars or alumni

Current Cooke Scholars, Alums, and staff may submit one nomination per award.

This Nomination Form must be submitted no later than Wednesday February 16, 2022. Once received by the Foundation, the nominee will receive an email from the Foundation with the Award Application link.

For nominees: Whether a Cooke Scholar self-nominates or is nominated by another person, they will be asked to complete an Award Application.
